Independent consultant with a PhD in Finance and Economics and a decade of practice in business development, cost optimization, and geopolitical risk. Originated the TaxSailor concept, leads stakeholder management, and anchors our pilot pipeline.

Engineer turned product lead. Owns the document ingestion pipeline, jurisdiction versioning, and the workspace experience.

Systems and graph engineer. Author of the log-transformed pathing engine and the deterministic routing core behind every result.
Thesis
Tax is a graph problem waiting to be solved.
the live treaty graph - with residency, sourcing, and anti-avoidance rules as edge weights. Language models approximate this. We compute the route on the graph and attach the citation.
Our thesis is simple: cross-border wealth grows faster than advisory capacity. Cited, deterministic routing is how we close the gap without inventing law.
