Accounts and billing
Tiers, usage, and how invoicing works.
TaxSailor uses four tiers - Consumer, Professional, Premium, and Enterprise. See pricing for the current amounts.
Usage
Every simulation counts as one run. The account page shows your monthly usage against your tier's quota. Runs are never deleted - they stay in your history even after a downgrade, but new runs are blocked once you hit the cap.
Billing
Consumer and Professional are self-serve. Premium and Enterprise are contract-based - reach out via contact and we will scope a pilot. Invoices are issued in EUR; VAT is applied per your billing address.
Cancellation and export
You can cancel any self-serve plan from the account page. On cancellation, your data remains readable for 30 days and can be exported as JSON or CSV at any time.
